    Role: Corporate Finance Executive
    Salary: £50,000 + Bonus & Uncapped Profit Share
    Location: Bristol

    Overview:

    The primary responsibility of the Executive is to support the firm with deal delivery, pipeline development and conversion of new opportunities to mandates.

     
    Reporting directly to the Directors, you will work amongst a team of Executives, Assistant Managers and Managers in a busy and challenging environment allowing you to quickly develop your skills in Corporate Finance.
     
    As an Executive you will work on a broad mix of company sales and acquisitions as well as equity and debt fundraises.
     
    This is genuinely a fantastic role for a newly qualified individual who is seeking an exciting and fresh opportunity within a dynamic CF team.
     
    Experience, Attributes and Qualifications required:
    • ACA/ACCA Newly qualified
    • Accounting knowledge and experience, gained in practice.
    • Ability to work closely with clients to foster relationships and provide commercial and professional advice, being seen as a trusted advisor.
    • Demonstrates strong organisational skills across a range of time-critical assignments.
    • Excellent business analytical skills, report writing and financial analysis.
    • High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of pride in the quality of output.
    • Demonstrating sound judgement, professional curiosity, and initiative.
    • Working ethically, respecting risk management and compliance.

    Overview:
    Quinton Davies is working on behalf of an established regional accountancy practice who due to recent expansion, are looking for a Corporate Finance & Forensic Executive to join their friendly and successful team.



    What you’ll be doing in brief:
    • Support the Corporate & Forensic Services Partner in transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, due diligence, valuations, fund raising and other ad hoc projects.
    • Preparation of forensic accounting reports including but not limited to loss quantification, business valuation and matrimonial disputes.
    • Preparation of corporate finance bid/proposal documents and related documentation: research relevant information and prepare documents for Partner review.
    • Build good rapport with the clients, with a clear understanding of client expectations.
    • Work effectively with members of the team and client staff.
    • Attend training courses, keeping technical knowledge up to date.
    • Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
    • Agreement of assignment budgets with the Partner as work commences, regular monitoring of progress against budget and feedback to the Partner.

    Experience and Qualifications required:
    • Finalist or newly qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
    • CPD to be maintained as required.
    • Technical Research and other training as required

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join my clients Business Advisory team, working with an experienced set of partners to develop and expand their corporate finance services to a diverse portfolio.

    Main Duties:
     
    • Working on assignments such as MBO's, valuations, shareholder changes, business disposals,
      acquisitions, due diligence work and similar.
    • Dealing with new business enquiries to analyse clients’ needs and put together proposals
      incorporating the work of different teams in the practice
    • Develop the relationship with our growth-oriented client relationships to ensure we are
      supporting their ambitions with timely advice and service
    • Assist clients in the preparation of business plans, projections and forecasts
    • Develop and enhance the profile of the practice across within the business community

    Experience / Qualifications Required:

      practice in a business advisory/corporate finance/accounts/audit environment

    • Good communicator who can keep who can hold the confidence of clients and staff alike
    • Good team player keen who can balance the demands of the role with other priorities and
